Another Grill Delete Question

I read the "how-to" and checked posts but what is the easiest way to remove the plastic screw that hold the bottom of the radiator protector?

bent the fender back and its much easier to get to. It will bend back, they are very flexiable

Yeah, but how do you get the screws (that dont have a screw head) out with out messing them up? i was just going to pull on them with pliers but i dont want to kill them
