Cams for 4.6

Cams for 4.6
Hey I was thinking about getting some high lope cams for the spring. My question is, how do you know which ones to get? I've heard good things about crower and comp but i have no idea what all the numbers mean. I want something that has that rough idle, kinda like this video.

I know thats a 4 valve, but i like that cam, crower stage 3's sound alright, but the idle is not ideal to my taste.
Any ideas?
