ok i have a 02 gt and i was wonding what times i should be running with the mods i have. intake,short throw shifter, 3.73 gears 70mm t body and plenum diablo chip drag radials underdrive pully bbk shorty headers bbk x pipe. i had it dynoed and it made 270 rwhp...i have also ran befor but it was my first time at the track and it wasnt to good...i ran a 14.01 at 103mph...every one says my mph is real good but my time sucks...what do u think my car is capable of running with a better driver

mid 13's, your spinning to much right? or jsut bogging really really bad

I would say low 13's. Get a better burnout, dont worry about the water, just go around, and get a nice long 2nd gear burn out, lower the tire pressure In you DR's 13-20 lbs(warm) depending on the DR's and what you find works best. Launch around 4 grand slipping the clutch, but find what works best. A little spin is better than a bog.
If you got suspension i would say high 12's would be an easy task.
Just get some more seat time and see how it goes, I wouldn't recommend letting someone else drive it just because you are not getting the times you want.

I ran a 13.633@98.67 with a 1.985 60', spinning some launching at 5k. I will have to go back to 4.5k next time I make a pass.
