Twin Turbo post#2
So, after much research i have reached the conclusion that there is no-one in my immediate area that has a Dyno and that could put this Turbo in and test and tune it... So is there anyone out there that knows of a decent place in or around the Pittsburgh area, that couls install the kit and dyno tune it?

RE: Twin Turbo post#2
So i have found a few places in Pittsburgh. However i am wanting to hear the oppinions of the peeps in the forum, to see if there are any places they would recomend. My reason for this is, that i am going to be be doing major work on this car, like $15k worth. So for that reason i need to find a RESPECTABLE place, not just some place that can install it, but 2000 miles down the line it'll blow up... That's my baby we're talking about! so if anyone does know of a RESPECTABLE place near Pittsburgh PA, that could install my short block and turbo system and dyno tune it properly.... please please please let me know

there's usually more reasons to go single turbo...a few...cost, tuning, more hp (upper rpms), and a good turbo that's properly matched to your combo will make boost a fraction of a second later than tt's...and cost
tt's...quicker spool, less heat, coolness factor: get to say "i got twin turbo's" and people think two make it faster
go to the member list and pm Quik...he's from the pittsburg area. he knows his stuff and does a lot of racing. he'll be able to help you out finding a good shop

I just want to add that even the most reputable shop do all your work is still no guarantee that there will be no harm done to the engine, it will greatly reduce the chances of it blowing up, but when you start really getting into modding and putting on any kind of forced induction, you always have to realize that the chances of hurting the car go up quite a bit. This is a risk most of us accept and deal with.

If you are spending that much money on your car you may aswell do it right and take it to a nationally known shop like modular power house, they get people from all over the country, check out their forums and they will answer any questions you have. www.modularpowerhouse.com
