Default RE: MAF question

ORIGINAL: mdubb1914

Why would you say my car runs like **** ? It actually runs GREAT. I was only asking the question because I recently purchased the Diablo Mafia chip for my stock MAF. It didn't really work out the way I thought, so I wanted to get the Lighning 90mm MAF.

I dont understand what's so confusing about the question...

Yes I 5.0 stroker. I know I put all of this info in my signature.
90% of the time 5.0 stroker motors are in fox body mustangs. thats why when you said 99 GT i was like maybe he has 2 mustangs one a fox body and one a 99...

If your tuner told you to get Mafia and not upgrade your MAF, "I" would find a new tuner. YES, you need a new MAF, especially if are running 42# injectors. I would definitely get the Lightning MAF and get a better tuner. Just my .02
