My 00 had a scoop factory stock, unless the guy that had it before me put it on.
It also came with the black GT stripes on the hood.
BTW about the 98 cobra, I would think a 98 cobra vs a 99+ gt would be a drivers race. Plently of people on here even argue that the 99+ cobras are not significantly faster than a GT.
Not to mention that aftermarket parts for the GT are more plentiful and cheaper, and insurance is SIGNIFICANTLY lower. When I was 21 insurace quotes for a GT were 100/month, and a cobra was 250/mo!
