Default Fuel filter

any body have a problem changing fuel filter on a 2000 vert. I got it off but it was a biotch

Not really, I had the removal tool, but I ended up with fuel in my eyes, nose, and mouth even though i had googles on and was sitting back away from it.

you need the fuel filter removal tool. I could see how it would be a bitch if you didn't have the tool, but the satisfaction level must be tremendous.

Yep. Costs $5 at autozone. Probably $!.36 at wal-mart. Just shove that mf'er in there.

it would have been a pain in the *** for me if i didnt have access to a free lift... damned thing is wedged up in there and hard to pop the removal tool in there

No, It's not a pita. It's easy.

Dropping my fuel tank was a bitch, installing the SC was a pita, changing the fuel filter is cake.
