My car wont idle either and i was wondering what a iac was and if it was hard to fix. also i heard it could be a run relay any suggestions.

What does that mean and what does iac stand for

 

It's always at the top of the board and Idle Air Cooler.

A sticky is a thread that stays at the top of the page always. Its in that section above all the normal posts. The IAC is the "Idle Air Control Valve." It is located on the front of the plenum. Remove the two 8mm bolts and pull it out (removing the two hoses attacched to it) and then spray whatever looks like it has carbon build up with carb cleaner. Search Google and this forum for more instructions on how to do it. It takes about 15 minutes.
