ok, so I have just tried starting my 2000 Gt convertible. It will roll over but wont start.

I checked the fuel pump cut off safety switch, the fuse for the fuel pump, I've even lightly banged on the gas tank, and nothing works.

Any ideas?

I had a friend try to start his ole lady's with a cut key and NO GO!!!!

its not gonna be a key issue cause if it was then it wouldnt even turn over and the theft light in the dash would be flashing also.

When it's cranking, trying pressing the gas pedal to the floor and seem if it starts!

and easy way to check to see that its not getting any fuel is to spray starter fluid into the intake and have someone crank if and if it tries to start its not getting any fuel

Ok, I had a friend come over and we checked it over again.
Anyway, what's weird is the fact that he wiped some corrosion off the fuse for the relay, and also I changed the air conditioner/heater from floor setting to off. Anyway, after we both did that, the car started AFTER it turned over for a second. So I turned it off and tried it again, anyway it started just like normal.....

corrosion can cause failures for sure. Glad you got it going!
