i have a king cobra and i'm enjoying it. I think the spec stage 1 has the same tourque rating and i've seen just about as many people with the spec and king cobra. btw you'll like the heavier feeling when you engage.

I've heard bad things about Centerforce from some people, what was wrong with the SPEC clutch?

Ive heard Spec grabs way too hard and has been known to break drivetrain parts. Im going with a King Cobra. I can get it cheap.

The clutch is not going to grab to hard and break anything.

I dunno who told ya that. A clutch grabbing hard is a good thing.

my tuner recommended the centerforce dual friction clutch so thats what im gonna be getting when i go to get my stuff installed in 2 weeks.

he said something bad about spec...something about how they have a tendency to snap clutch cables or something of that nature. dont really want that to happen.

honestly tho...no matter what brand of aftermarket clutch...im sure you can find people who have had issues and would recommend against that brand. i was really hesitant to agree to centerforce. ill let ya know lol.
