Default RE: shift *****

How to break a shift ****: Very easy, buy a cheap one that needs an adapter to bolt onto the shifter. The one i bought had three screws that tightened it onto the shifter. One of the screw holes got stripped and gets loose really quickly. The hurst ****, that the shifter came with, broke when i was screwing it back onto the shifter. It goes on it but a piece broke off so now it isn't turned on right. if you know anything about hurst shifters then you know that they need to be turned just right so that the handle faces the correct way giving you the proper grip on the ****. So yeah, i broke two *****.

by the way i think i'm going with the chrome **** with the cobra engraving, it will match the rims.
