Help with codes
My SES light came on the other day, so I took it over to Auto Zone to have them print the code.
Code 1. P1131 - lack of HO2s switch - sensor indicates lean
Code 2. P1151 - lack of HO2s21 switch - senor indicates lean
Do these codes have anything to do with my o2 senors?

Technical Description
Lack of HO2S-21 Switch, Sensor Indicates Lean
What does that mean?
A Heated Exhaust Oxygen (HO2S) sensor indicating lean at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-rich condition. The test fails when the fuel control system no longer detects switching for a calibrated amount of time.
Symptoms
You will likely not notice any drivability problems.
Causes
A code P1151 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Electrical:
* Short to VPWR in the harness or HO2S
* Water in the harness connector
* Open/shorted HO2S circuit
* Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
* Damaged HO2S
* Damaged PCM
Fuel System:
* Excessive fuel pressure
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
Leaking fuel pressure regulator
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
Vapor recovery system
Induction System:
* Air leaks after the MAF
* Vacuum Leaks
PCV system:
* Improperly seated engine oil dipstick
EGR System:
* Leaking gasket
* Stuck EGR valve
* Leaking diaphragm or EVR
Base Engine:
* Oil overfill
* Cam Timing
* Cylinder compression
* Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2S(s)
Possible Solutions
* See the above list of causes and go from there.

yeah is one possiblity, o2 sensors, the harness for those 02 sensors, cats, gasket on a exhaust .......
Look over the exhaust good
Done any work on the car lately? 1131 looks like the same stuff, so might be just throwing multiple codes for the same think.

I had a after market alarm put in last Sat. and tried to use my hyper tech programmer to readjust my rev limiter when it gave me a error code and wouldn't turn over to complete the reprogramming.
So after about three tries it starts and the SES light is all up in my face!
Also A while back my abs/traction control light came on and stays on, so I see that the lines to both rear tires have been rubbing against the inside of the rims causing a gash. So I applied liquid tape and zip tied the lines but the damage had all ready been done.
All of this happened last Wed.

they probly just knocked something looks then. when you are reprograming your car you just turn the key to the on position, but dont start it.
have the car off, plug the tuner in, select the tune, and it should ask you to turn the ignition on. It shouldnt be telling you to start the car when programming it.
Reprogram it and go from there
