I G Joe

so i was on my way to work the 1st day its been dry in awhile so i was getting into it a little but not hard at all. when i pull onto HWY 99 or also known as Pacific Highway a silver dodge charger is behind me, im doin the speed limit i check to see if i can get over into the right lane, make my move and accel a very miniscule ammount to enter the next lane to take my right hand turn. what happens when i flip on the blinker? blue light special from the charger. he said he got me at 50 in a 35 but he was being nice so he put 40+ in a 30. the road i was on is a 40 mile an hour zone. im 19 btw, i goto the track and hell i even have a competition number. i do speed on the streets sometimes but not much. he basically wrote a wrongful ticket *sigh* wasted my time and i was 100yards from work.
