Default Suspension upgrade

With the car having close to 75K on it now, I am thinking its about time to replace the shocks/struts on my car. I have been looking at these:

The KYB struts/shocks seem to be alot cheaper though, is there any reason these are better than the KYB from various sites?

Also, does anyone know of a upgraded spring I can go to that will NOT lower the car significantly? I have been thinking of getting some bullitt springs (3/4 inch drop) but more than that and I am gonna be in TROUBLE with my driveway. I already have to back out at a specific angle or I scrape my tailpipe tips.

Honestly though, being that I have never gone to the strip (and if I do it will be a seldom event, its 2+ hours away and open track night is on a work day for me) is it even gonna be worth it to upgrade the shocks/struts? I am thinking about getting the springs/shocks/struts because I already bought a set of upper/lower control arms, and I want to do the entire rearend suspension at once if I am gonna do it (less PITA for me).

It may be the lack of adjustment the KYB shocks offer comapred ot the strange (10 adjustments is pretty good)...i doubt you'll need that many adjustments and the only way i'd recommend either of these shocks/struts is if the ones you have now are losing any dampening strength, the 3/4 drop would not affect shock ocillation enough to be concerned...thats JMO though
