Default Would you swap gears out if you had these?

I've currently got a set of 4.30 Moser gears in my auto, and it is nothing short of horrible around town and on the interstate through town. I LOVE them for taking off quickly, but damnit if they dont suck for gas mileage and any speed over 60 mph. I was on the interstate yesterday on my lunch break and I was at 4k in no time. The car cuts back for some reason if I cruise at 4k for over 5 seconds. Sad thing is at 4k there were cars (import wagons) flying past me like I was sitting still. I was told the tune on it was screwed up and it was like there was a rev limiter on it. So I dont get much speed out of the car as it sits.

So basically I want to go with something more friendly for driving around town and on the interstate. I know 4.10s wouldnt make much difference, but would 3.73's be any better? If so, how much does it cost to install them? Plus, if someone on here had a good set of gears in theirs and wanted something bigger, I'd be willing to trade em my 4.30s for their 3.73s. They dont whine or grind at all. Whoever installed them did a good job, but they just gotta come outta my car.
