How hard is it to change the fuel filter? how often should it be done?

to remove the fuel filter, you will also need a specialty fuel line removal tool from like autozone or somewhere, they're like 4 bucks, dont try and just pull it off.
How hard is it to change the fuel filter? how often should it be done?
Yeah, it's called a quick disconnect tool.
