thanks guys i appreciate it im gonna go with 20 percent all over. sitnlopro99gt im getting a pro to do it so hes going to go over the dots (i work at a bmw dealership and he does all of our tints) and im gonna get a deal pnly 125 for the 5 windows. thanks for all of your help guys

 

Make sure you check your local laws for your tint regulations. In many states it's a moving violation..which means points on your license and your insurance rates getting jacked up.

i have 25 all the way around and im in cali there ok i wish i would of gone a lil drk but with the cops 25 is ok

 

35% is the legal limit - but 20 doesnt quite tip off there detection card well enough to write a ticket - it is hypothetically possible that u could get a ticket with it - but I have had cops check it - say it looks a little dark... I say yea its limo black 35... they say - ok have a nice night.

 

well atleast when I finally settle here I'll be able to have legal tint on the front... in NJ it's a no-no for front window tints... although most of my friends do it anyhow... and the only one that gets bugged is the honda ricerocket... lol

20% and i had him tint over the dots. it is whiteish acrost the matrix but i dont care, if i get sick of it il get a vinal strip

 

That's 20% mvr? I had 20% on my 02 GT and it was a LOT darker than that.

 

I was jjust thinking the same thing.
