RE: Tints
tinting windows is pretty easy, i went to autozone bought 35% for $15 and did it in 2 hours, all you need is water mixed with soap to spray on before so you get work it to the way you want it over and over again, its much better than spending over $100 to have it done, and that was the first time ive ever touched tint

RE: Tints
Thats 20% on mine, pics are in my gallery. I wanted 15%, but they didn't have it, I had to choose between 5 and 20. They kinda f'd up the dot matrix on the backglass too, it didn't stick real well and it is much lighter over the dots. They cut my leather seat too, but thats another story [:@]

RE: Tints
TINITING IS A PAIN IN THE *** ... haha .. and I'd love to see your edges .. I know it took me a couple cars before my cuts go anywhere near good ... and the best soap mixture to use for tinting is johnson and johnson baby shampoo ....FYI for all you DIY'ers out there ...

RE: Tints
most states 35% is the limit. Alabama is 35% with a +or- 3% tolerance. I have 5% over top of 35% and it metered at 1%. Kind of a PITA to see anything other than lights at night but it looks sexy during the day. I dont have a current pic but imagine 5% over top of the tint that shows in my sig (35% looks almost like no tint in the lighting for my pic)
