so as some of you know i installed a new 75 mm tb and intake plenum. here's the thing. when my car is turned off, the throttle cable is not sticky/stuck. when i turn my car ON it sticks like crazy when i let off the gas. anyone have a clue what is wrong? thanks!

what you are getting is very common when you install a new TB. It is called vacum lock and is easy to fix. Adjust the screw on the top left untill it no longer locks in place. The drilling a hole method also works and most factory TB blades have a small hole in them to prevent this.

anyone have a pic of this screw? thanks for your help. hopefully it will stop wistleing as well
