99 to 02+ head unit swap

I have 99GT with the Mach 460 system and was wondering if it is possible to upgrade to the 6-disc changer that came with the 02 + Mach 460?

it is possible but i don't know how and have been trying to get an answer on this for FOREVER...and it is the 01 and up double din opening...in Modified Mustangs there was a guy with a 95 Cobra R with the console and 6 CD changer from an 01 in it....and the stock Mach 460
