i cant seem to find where i can check my trans. fluid and where can u add more. thanks i have a 2001 gt with the 3650 tranny

You dont need to do anything with a manual. It will be fine unless its noticeably leaking from the drain plug on the trans.

You should just do a fluid change. Easiest way is to pull the shifter, drain the fluid and fill it while the shifter is out from the top of trans. This is also a good time to upgrade to an MGW short throw. I would use royal purple synchromax fluid as well.

Not a bad idea to change the fluid, but not really necessary if youre not having any problems. If you have extra money and time, then sure, change the fluid and the shifter. But other than that, if its not leaking, you should be good.
