Yes, but it is very time consuming. Figure at least 3 hours plus. Jacking the motor makes it much easier but more expensive if you are paying someone to do the job

I have seen people make 10-15 WHP with longtubes and only 1-2 WHP with shorties...

IMO they are a waste of time unless your FI. People making 270+ with shorties and boltons are just on inaccurate dynos or bull****ting.
