I would assume so. But seriosuly the best intake for our 4.6's is the stocker. I think that dynos to have like 1 more hp then the stocker.

I have a built engine, and I think the typhoon looks awesome, and itpulls hard up top. It comes with T/B and plenum for less than $600,hard to beat that deal. But it just for the fact that you dont have a POS plastic intake.

P.S. Seriously the stock intake is terrible. ItsPLASTIC

From what I understand from many tuners, is the issue with the Typhoon is the craftsman ship. They say it's an awesome piece once they get all the flaws out - which takes a lot of machining, and it doesn't fit right... That's at the word of some engine builders... There is a reason they all say to stay away... you get what you pay for..

Ok, I agree that I would go aftermarket, if I had a built engine. But for stock or next to it, the stock intake is the way to go. The plastic intake improves heat dissipation over the aluminum ones. Dude, are you for real though. That intake comes with the intake plenum and t/b?
