The fuse for that is.... lets see... I'll explain this as best I can without a pic
In the engine fuse box, look at it from the perspective of the big square relays being the top. The interior lamps are run off the fuse on the bottom, third from the left. And that should be a 25A fuse.
I know you said you checked them all, but you said you didn't know which it was, so I figure that's the best I can do to help you right now. Double check that one again and see if you can test it. You can swap it with... lets see, the one just to the right of it with the same perspective as above, that should also be 25A, and for your radio.
Edit: Then again, that's the entire interior lamps fuse, if only that one light is out, it's probably something else.
