A story that shows i'm getting too old: Coming home from work the other night this kid pulls up next to me on the interstate with a newer GTO, and he is revving his engine and pulling up on me and slowing down, begging me to race him. I know that i would get raped by that car since i have a pretty stock 'stang, but after about 2 miles of this i was about to take thekid up on his offer and see what i could do. but all i could think about was if i got caught how my insurance would go through the roof. man it sucks being responsible. funny thing is a few more miles down the road there was a state trooper on the side of the road.

That does happen. In one of my older cars I topped it out multiple times. I took the GT from a 50-120 roll in 4th and that was honestly too much for me. I'm only 18, guess you mature fast sometimes. The sad thing is that the 120 mph is faster than the other car reached. 115 in a 98 Eclipse (non turbo/automatic)

and for another one... the next day i was drivingdown a pretty busy street and this guy in a turbo civic (it had a blow off valve so i guess he had a turbo on it) runs up next to me and revs his engine and takes off.....and comes inches from rear ending a van right in front of him. i almost had to pull over i was laughing so hard.
