I have the '03 as a DDish car and the '71/'65/'65/'73 for toys (only 2 are drivable, for now). It's always good to keep at least 1 car in the DD category (I have 2...gotta have the 4x4).

now for a weekend car the 5.0 is a great choice. add the 347 stroker with a big SHOT of nitrous, and youll be lookin a some decent power. the 4.6 would be a little better on gas. as far as the DD id take the new edge. better all around cruiser and go fast while lookin good car it does pretty well.

I would go with the Fox. Just looking through the internet parts for those cars are so much cheaper than ours. Not only that but you don't have to worry about it if it breaks down since you have a DD.

So get the Fox and DD the 4.6. I would just buy a good exhaust for the 4.6 because you can't roll around stock

+1. I personally dont like foxes too much, but that 302 has so much potential, and the fox is so much lighter ;p
