Default Motor Mounts on an SN95 4V

Anyone have any experience with these??? I'm hoping my guy can do them this weekend, but he's convinced their a PITA and I'm not sure if he's up for the challenge.

there not that hard unless you have a large oil pan and long tubed headers like me

hey, (just quick side question, dont mind me, I dont mean to mess up your thread, i'll get out) but, what does PITA mean. I have seen that so many times. I still cant get it.
