wheel locks

Does anybody know if the factory wheel locks that came on 2000-04 Mustangs are chrome or stainless steel, I found a set on ebay, and the seller doesn't know for sure here is the link

theyre chrome but very easy to break...wheel locks are to keep honest people honest. any theif will break them easily
