it looks like a roush bumper...i dont know if its the stage 3 bumper or like the 380r(i think those 2 are diff.)

EDIT: but thats just a guess

Nope its not roush... Its a divison from HPA motorsports called Ford Performance Development (FPD) based in canada they made that car, I was featured in a mustang mag like 2 years ago.. Its one of the nicest stangs I have seen. http://www.focustuning.com/New_mustang.htm

I remember that!!! yea it was in 5.0 along with others im sure..when i first say it it reminded me of the 380r for some reason..but thats a bad *** bumper nevertheles

Thats an awesome car. Theres a whole 5+ pages on it in 5.0 mag. It's called the Mustang FT-402, 402 for how much hp it's putting out. Like Aixtreme said, they're based in Canada, and they sell that hood online I think.
