Default Opinions, on springs

Okay, after owning a C-5 Corvette awhile, and looking at the two vehicles side by side, I'd like to lower my Mustang more. I presently have the Bullitt spring/shock/bar package and I like the ride. I don't want a bone jarring ride because we commute 45 miles each way in the car. I'd like to lower the car a total of 2 inches from stock. I believe I will need tie rod end extensions, how aboutt CC plates, those too? Any recommendations on the springs? I hear Eibach are very harsh, true/false/

Eibach pro kit... not low enough, and pretty harsh..

Im changing to a Strange coilover system for complete ride and height adjustability.

My H&R's ride very smoothly not quit 2 inches 1.6 but they ride real nice. You shouldnt need a camber kit i didnt also you shouldnt need tie rod extensions i would also recommend getting shocks struts so u get the full benifit of lowering the car.

Try this site for handling mods and explanations of what happens to your suspension when you go too low.

if you're lowering it more than 1.5 you'll probably want to look at a new set of shocks too - just to make sure you're not bottoming out the stock shocks.

my bbks are very nice and I didn't have to do anything else. THey lowered me close to 2 inches. THe ride is suprisingly not much different from stock. I have the non progressive springs.
