ok so i have stock exhaust but where my h pipe connects to my cat back it leaks water. it only does that if the car is idle for a while why is that and i noticed it also does it from the tips

its condensation, very normal dont worry about it.

why it does it? i have no clue. maybe something to do with the pipes getting bigger and smaller due to operating temperatures.

oh ok now i now i asked at kragen n they told me it could be my whole exhaust i was like ok ill ask some one else. came to the conclusion there full of ****

Its just condensation like said above..... I learned about it in Chemistry in School..... But I can't remeber why exactly it does that.... Kinda like if you take a cold bottle of soda out the fridge and set it in a warm room...... Yea.... It gets wet don't it?

Yeah, it's just the moisture in the air collecting on the hot pipes and then coming out.
