Default Spring Isolators?

I'm about to cut my stock springs and install 90/10's in front. Was wondering when i go to reinstall springs, do i even need to put the stock isolators back on? If i kept them off would it make a diference or anything? Thanks!

The isolators keep the spring from chafing against teh frame metal. So the isolators 1 locate the spring and keep it from moving, and 2 reduce any noise that might be cause by is chafing. Are they absolutly neccessary, no. So at this point its up to you if you want to use them.

I would put them in anyway. they might drop you a 1/4" but it won't even be noticeable. I used my stock ones since I didn't feel like tearing everything apart again just because a noise was buging me
