ok looking into a pi swap for my 96 mustang gt .. what all is needed for the hole swap .. what would be the time frame and price .. very intrested in doing the swap .

 

ok well for starters i also have a 96 gt and am aabout to buy the parts lol well you are going to need heads (port and polished prefferably u get better flow) a pi intake, gaskets,head bolts , a heater hose that comes on a 99 to 04 gt that goes in the valley of the block you can reuse your valve covers if you get romeo heads and a set of bigger cams pi cams are good but you can get better power off of a bigger lobe but not too big otherwise you are goin to have to fly cut your pistons also note to STAY AWAY FROM PATRIOT PERFORMANCE HEADS!!! i have heard of a few horror stories comin from them but a good place to check out is houstonperformance.com or vtengines.com i got a quote from houston performance for 2200 for all the parts

 

Thats your opinion. Patriot USED to have a problem with the way they seal but that problem is fixed now. Everyone i know who has them loves them. You've just heard stories and thats the thing. Personal experience is the only thing that matters becuase we all have hearsay. Its cool to go with patriot heads now.
