well this isnt the time to tell you that n02 isnt the best thing you could have put on your motor if your worried abotu blowing it
if you don't know that its "n2o" then you should not give advise on it. just my opinon.

and i suppose this isnt the time to tell you that the correct symbol is N2O. if you dont know nitrous, dont chime in. nitrous has a bad rep...but used responsibly can be just as good as a supercharger (possibly even better cuz of all the torque it offers). the problem is people are dumb when they use it. and then theres movies like fast and the furious. most nitrous systems dont run off a button like in the movie. you arm it and go, its usually activated at WOT. dont mean to bash on you...just a lot of people comment who know nothing about it.

if you do research and get the necessary safety equipment (bottle warmer, purge, window switch, etc etc...you should be fine). oh...and never jet in 5th gear. ever.
actually oxygen is diatomic so it would be N202... and I have run and installed a few nitrous systems

and maybe you should find a better reason to critize an opinion other than spelling... just my 2 cents.

so youre saying water would actually be H202? cuz thats just plain wrong too. its a totally different molecule. please dont make me get my friend who just took organic chemistry and is majoring in biology on these forums.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrous_oxide

and im pretty sure if you jet in 5th gear theres a really high risk of detonation having to do with how wide of a gear it is or something of that nature. i know it can be really bad for the engine...and im not totally sure why so dont quote me...but i think thats the reason.

actually no water is h202 also the oxygen molecule is diatomic... but its common practice to exlcude the extra 2 to save confusion, bc it is one molecule.... (this is why I quit engineering, bc chemistry is confusing and full of exceptions to every rule) you can ask my chem professor... im not smart enough to explaine the physics of chemistry...

as far as the system.. the window switch set to 3k and up to 5800 ought be pretty good

actually H2O2 is the fabled hydrogen peroxide. but i do agree on the window switch! lol[8D]

hydrogen peroxide again would be in the same boat with 4 oxygen atoms in 2 molecules (or something like that.. i just know that is diatomic [extra credit question a few years ago ]).. but again im not a chem major and this is gettin OFF TOPIC

All good and safe ideas. Dont forget about the Fuel Pressure Safety switch. Its VERY important. When your fuel pressure drops(for any reason, ESPECIALLY FOR T/C) it shuts down the system. I wouldnt spray without one.
