Hmmm, I dont know why it wouldnt come. off. Be sure and dont mess up your threads to the crank bolt with that point on the puller. But the only thing I can thing of is to tap all of the way aroundthe pulleywith a hammer. This should loosen itup a bit. Not hard though! All this time off heating and cooling binds the two together really well. If that doesnt work let us know.

Ok! Not sure if there is a retard award for MF but ill go ahead and be the first one to get it.

I left the washer in for the crank bolt. It was holding the crank pulley in.

Someone please go ahead and shoot me

Well hey on the bright side atleast now i know its not stuck on there and i found that out before i set fire to my car! lol. Oh boy its going to be a long build. Its the little stuff like that that kill you! [&:][&:][&:][&:]

Ok not only am i the biggest retard but its still stuck. Now i know there is nothing in the way of the pulley. Its as tight as i can screw in now (the puller bolt) and it still wont budge the pulley. It worries me that the pulley and damper are covered in rust and makes me think they're stuck for good. I tried tapping it with a hammer and tryin gto pry the pulley off but no use. I might try heating it all up but idk . . . . Any more ideas guys?

Just keep working it off. Go in a circle and don't concentrate on one spot. I've seen a guy use a pry bar and a hammer and he broke the key way. Just be patient and use some heat. Good luck with the build by the way. What are you doing?

Oh, I'm a shmuck... Sorry. Have fun with it. I'm going to be doing a similar setup in March and I can't wait. ... Let me know how you like those heads. I was going to go with Steen Racing Heads. What did you pay for the heads? And the intake?
