Its not that laser red is hard to match it is just expensive in general. Any body shop should be able to match it if they are reputable, I was worried of the samething when I got my wing painted but it matches perfect. Goodluck and glad you and your stang are ok.

Do the hoods from carbonware come with a metal support? If not you may have to get hood pins. Ididn't get any because I thought theytook away from the body lines.When I first installed my hood, I went for a little cruise and saw it jerking like it wanted to come up. It was latched soI guess it'sbecause of the light weight. That night I went to the auto parts store and bought me some hood pins. Now they have grown on me.
