Default SPARK PLUGS

i have a 03 gt and i was wonderingif the spark plug gap was not set right if it would make it misfire? it started out with a misfire on 2 and 4. i replaced the plugs and then it showed a misfire on 2, 4 and 8. i replaced the coil packs on 2, 4 and 8. now it is showing a random multiple misfire. i have listened to the injectors with a wood rod and they all sound the same. i gapped the plugs at .054 or .54 which ever it is but i was wondering if that would be right? all i have done for mods is mac under drive pulleys, 75mm plenum and tb and a bbk cold air intake. would that be the right gap? or does it make any difference

I run .054" gap. If they aren't the same, you will get a misfire, but the computer wouldn't be alerted.
