Well there's no pressure at the valve on the fuel rail and I can't hear the fuel pump. I pulled a plug and it has spark. Do the relays or fuel pump driver modules go out or is it more than likely the pump?

I didn't drive my 99 GT for a month, and same thing happened. Just jump it. That worked for me.

start at the problem and work your way back. thats my only advice. electrical first, then start at the motor and work your way back to the tank
