Default tach mount install ?

how do i take the radio out cuz it screws in behind the radio head unit. do i just take the head unit out or the whole middle part of the dash all the way down to the shifter? it sounds like its just the head unit but how do i do this?

come on, anyone? i'm trying to install the tach and shift light today to use it at the track tomorrow. how do i take the radio out?

yes you have to take the whole trim panel out from the air vents down to the shifter. it just pops out. you un clip the rear defrost, trac control, and fog lights, stick that pice in your back seat. than there are two 8 mm screws holding the radio in at the bottom. that is on the mach 460 with the 6 disk. i dont know if it is the same on any others.
