Default JLT intake

I have the oppertunity to sell my MAC CAI for $100 and buy a JLT for $190. The Mac is poor fitting the bright blue looks a little outta place. Aside from looks, is it worth the upgrade, as in, will I get a little more sound and performance?

I would go with the JLT. You won't feel a difference, but I'm sure it will a couple hp over the MAC.

You will pick up some more HP with the JLT over the MAC. Nothing noticeable at all though. As far as sound, I doubt the sucking sound will change much at all. But smart choice on ditching the MAC and going with the JLT. The upgrade is worth it in IMO.

Yeah, sorry, that's what it was, the ram air intake with the filter uner the hood instead of the fenderwell. I'm getting it painted torch red. I just dont want to deal with cleaning the filter in the fenderwell and my car has been running a little rich seince the MAC.
