Default Oil presure guage

Should I get a full sweep electric or a mechanical oil pressuregauge . Just want to know if its OK to run a mechanical gauge since its about 130 dollars cheaper .

Yeah run mech it will be the most accurate thats what im running triple gauge pod pillar with phantom gauges from autometer all mech except for water temp.

If that ever failed I'm not so sure I would want hot oil spraying on the inside of my car. But that's just me...
