Default 4.6 2V To 4V ?????

i got an extra 4.6 block which im going to get forged crank, rods, pistons and all, but now my question is: is it worth to put ported out 4V headsand then install on my gt what else besides the motor work would i have to do to my car like, ECU, clearence in the car, fuel lines or anything else...thanks to all who can help

pretty much nothing if you have the ECU and wiring harness, thats about it.

You need the 4v intake parts as well.
