Fuel pump and injectors will be way gone by 650.

Try some 60lb injectors and a hell of a fuel pump.

Again, I am not 100% sure, but I think you can only sleeve an alumnium block. Dont quote me on that. So bluebullitt, you would need to find a 96-98 Teskid block, if this were true. Code3gt knows way more about this than me.

I always heard 1200, but I should be safe, I am looking to be less than 800.

My realistic goal is around 500 hp with a DSC1 and built bottom, so I'm curious as to how your build goes. Im not really interested in working the top end (heads, cams, intake) and ive seen plenty of cars get to 500hp with a pretty much stock setup up top.

My car is strictly for fun. I have 2 daily drivers so going a little nuts with the Cobra is just the "gearhead" in me. I did 400 hp, learned some things and now I am trudging ahead. The nitrous is for the track so as a street car I will be driving at hopefully 550.
