Just pick up an 04 gt 4.6 was wondering what would be better,programmer or if applicable a chip? what is the best programmer ?(bang for the buck wise) and what should my parameters be set at for best performance? thx

I didn't think every year of Stang has both choices available? I thought some years you had to pick a programmer OR chip as your only choice(??)
