Get comp test done for some reason i have a feeling this thing has been beat on seems to low to be real.

yeah I'd get a diagnostic test done by a used car specialist. I'm looking at a 99 right now with 38k all stock. It has no limited edition appearance upgrades like yours but does have mach sound. It checked out perfect in a 600 point inspection I had done and the guy wants 9300. Unfortunately he won't budge at all on the price and I may end up paying it. To me it's worth it because I know he took great care of it. Hopefully yours has been taken care of as well but I'd get it checked out to be safe. That price is pretty good.
