Gotta get my fogs workin, cant figure them out.

So i've had my car for over a year now and the fogs have not worked since day 1. Its a 2000 so the fog switch is in the center by the cup holder, is there supposed to be a light on on the switch when the fogs are turned to "on"? Also, when you push the button, is it supposed to click or just kind of push down??? I have absolutely no idea what might be wrong with them, i think it's something in the switch or the wiring cuz they're brand new bulbs.

sounds like wiring. or maybe check the fuse.
yes, there is a little light that is supposed to turn on on the button.
and it should just push in, not click.
get your owners manual and check the fuse to see if thats it.
then check all the wiring. especially to the button.
