I do believe they are stainless steel and i would think that with a brand like steeda you can't go wrong. I have a bassani which is quite loud, i've heard borla's and flowmasters. I like borla's and flowmasters are kind of eh.

it SS, and is 3.5" tip (im pretty sure). Steeda's catback is actually made by borla.

If you're getting it for $100 check the mufflers, make sure they are hollowed out / rusted out. THey're like $600 brand new

Product Details
Add 10-12 horspower and a great exhaust note to your 99-04 GT with this top-quality Steeda stainless steel exhaust kit. This kit produces a deep, rich exhaust note but is tuned not to "drone" at highway speeds. The kit features a factory fit, and includes installation clamps, front flow tubes, Steeda logo embossed high-flow mufflers and rear tail pipes with polished tips - the perfect bolt on for your GT. The polished stainless steel exhaust tips are 3.5 inches in diameter and 9 inches long. The tips feature the Steeda logo etched on them and are polished to a near-mirror finish.

I have one and love it

yes, because flows is just a muffler, the catback is the entire pipe.plus air flows better and they are great... not too loud at cruising, but if you get on it you can be heard.. its not quite as loud as LMIIs (def. not as loud as LMIs) but ive seen it turn a few heads from some distance :P
