Yeah when you up the boost its really a shocker. The first thing to hit is the 3000+ shortblock, and then the new injectors, completely upgraded fuel system with fuel lines, etc etc etc. Really starts to hurt the wallet after awhile.
The T45 should last quite a while so long as you don't powershift it and don't run anything more sticky than a nitto style drag radial. Lots of passes at the track arn't gonna help though.
