Ok, I installed a vortech V2 on my little sister's 98 gt about two weeks ago. And it has been running great. I just got in her MSD wires and the two 4 tower coils. I installed everything and it ran good for about 5 mins. It acted like it caught a rev limiter around 3.5k rpms when accelerating. She got it home and I looked at it, still ran. There is a wire harness on the passenger side right infront of the coil that looks like it runs down for the AC ONLY. Am I wrong and if so what other wires are in that harness. It has rubbed against the supercharger pulley, so to fix those wires I have to remove the whole dern thing again. Wiggled it, the idle clreared up, then it just cutoff for no reason. How tempermental are the ICM (ignition control module) on these 4.6's.

Does anybody have an idea what else on this motor controls spark? Supposidly according to auto zone its not required. This makes no sense since its a DIS setup. Any feed back will help.
