wow i feel liek a total newb for asking this but im having no luck with the search, and my mustang reading material is not here at the moment, so i apologize, but my 96 gt 5 speed has t46 or t56(stock transmission)? i dont remember which one, thanks.

 

i believe you have the T-5. the T-56 is the cobra six speed transmission that came in the 2003-04 terminators

 

actually nope i just found it. . that was the first year of the t-45, thank you tho. I think amanda has to do something about the search engine on this site, i foudn it quicker and easier through yahoo, and guess what site it took me too? right here. strange

 

naw the search works fine, its just people who post "help me quick" or "well i woke up this morning and..." in their titles that throws the search engine off...i've actually tried the search engine, gotten no good results, went to google, and google found the info i was looking for on mustang forums, go figure[&:]
